The InfoScale Community is Here!

For months, we’ve been working behind the scenes to build something we’ve wanted for the InfoScale community for a long time: a place where InfoScale users, administrators, architects, partners, and experts can come together, ask questions, share experiences, and learn from each other.

And there couldn’t be a more fitting day to launch it.

This Thursday, October 15, is Get to Know Your Customers Day, and we’re excited to launch the InfoScale Community on a day that celebrates exactly what this community is all about: listening to our customers, learning from their experiences, and building stronger relationships with the people who use InfoScale every day.

Today, we’re excited to announce the launch of the InfoScale Community Portal 1.0. The portal is now generally available to all InfoScale customers and partners and reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience, combining peer engagement, product insight, and learning resources into one intuitive destination.

So, whether you’re troubleshooting an issue, looking for best practices, exploring an InfoScale capability, or simply want to connect with others working with mission-critical environments, this is YOUR space.

Many of you may remember Veritas Online Exchange (VOX), the community where Veritas customers, partners, and technical experts came together to ask questions, share solutions, and exchange knowledge. We didn’t want to lose that valuable history. As part of the launch of the new InfoScale Community, we’ve brought over a wealth of technical content from VOX (with read-only access), giving the new Community a strong foundation of knowledge and making years of valuable discussions and resources easier to discover and build upon.

What can you expect?

While it would be impossible to list all the features in the site, here are a few we think you'll really like:

Engage: Ask questions, participate in discussions, and connect with experts and peers.

Explore: Discover technical content, best practices, solutions, and InfoScale capabilities.

Share: Share knowledge, experiences, solutions, and feedback with InfoScale leadership + team members, and many of InfoScale’s champion users just like you!

Only the beginning

A community is only as valuable as the people who make it one. We want to build this together with you. What would you like to see added to the InfoScale Community? More technical videos? AMAs with InfoScale engineers? Webinars? How-to content? User groups? Something we haven't thought of yet?

Tell us what you want. Your feedback will help shape where the Community goes next. And perhaps that’s the best way to celebrate Get to Know Your Customers Day: by creating a place where we can listen, learn, and connect with you, not just today, but every day.

Together, let's elevate our skills, protect our businesses, and continue advancing toward autonomous resilience with InfoScale!  Join the InfoScale Community and start the conversation TODAY: community.infoscale.com

I’ll see you there!
